What You'll Do

  • Lead program estimation and risk assessment activities to ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements and business priorities.
  • Monitor and control program progress against established milestones, proactively addressing issues to maintain schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review project health, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage financial aspects of programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
  • Define program goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics, while assigning responsibilities to ensure effective execution.
  • Partner with technology and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

  • Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and risk mitigation for small- to medium-complexity programs and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of program monitoring, governance, reporting processes, and project controls to track progress against milestones.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder communication effectively.
  • Experience managing program finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple projects.
  • Solid understanding of program and project management methodologies, planning tools, and benefits realization practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Experience in project and program management, supported by strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
