Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and previously served as an Assistant Controller and Operations Manager at Angel Island Capital. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and had the opportunity to study abroad in Torino, Italy—an experience that broadened my perspective and appreciation for building relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Erynn Nelson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
