Location: Indianapolis, IN

Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000/annually and Performance Bonus: Eligible

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll oversee the full operations of one of our key branches, managing the parts department, service department, and facility operations. This role is essential to keeping the branch running smoothly, profitably, and in line with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team including technicians, parts personnel, and yard associates

  • Drive performance in parts and service to hit sales and profit goals

  • Oversee scheduling, machine readiness, work quality, and on-time completion

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive communication and problem resolution

  • Maintain OSHA and EPA compliance; enforce safety and cleanliness standards (5S)

  • Collaborate with sales, rental, and product support to align operations with customer needs

  • Ensure proper documentation, inventory control, and tool/equipment readiness

  • Hold team members accountable and lead regular performance reviews


What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • 6+ years of leadership experience in operations, service, or parts management

  • Strong knowledge of service shop or parts department operations (construction or industrial equipment experience a plus)

  • Proven success leading teams and improving processes

  • Strong communicator who builds trust with both frontline staff and senior leadership

  • Financially savvy—comfortable reading income statements, managing budgets, and improving margins

  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Comfortable in a hands-on role that requires walking the shop floor and lifting up to 50 lbs

Preferred Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Operations, Business, or related field)
