Job Description Summary:

The Specialty Sales Representative will travel within their territory promoting Option Care Health's broad infusion capabilities and value messages across multiple specialties in physician offices within their market.
In markets with Ambulatory Infusion Clinics, they will drive the demand to fill the clinics. This individual will build and execute on in person call plans with support from the company, fully utilize the CRM, and demonstrate a disciplined approach to building and growing their territory.
They will partner with operations teammates to ensure updates, solutions, and high customer satisfaction levels are being provided to referral sources. This person will be adaptable as new therapies and call points are added.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals to Option Care Health.

Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, office staff, and other key stakeholders.

Partner with clinical and administrative staff (e.g., biologics coordinators) to promote Option Care Health’s infusion services.

Execute daily face-to-face sales calls, maintaining activity levels as outlined in the sales plan.

Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and support patient onboarding.

Required Education/Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2–5 years of experience in business-to-business or healthcare sales, with a proven ability to generate referrals and grow revenue.

Demonstrated success in the infusion center, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare market.

Experience using a CRM to track sales activity and customer engagement.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory 90% of the time.

Basic Qualifications

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to translate company strategy into persuasive messaging tailored to the provider audience.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and learning agility.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.

Prior experience in IV infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or biologic drug promotion is highly desirable.

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $80,773.80-$134,630.48
