General Summary and Purpose:

Victory Solutions manages over $60B in assets across multi-asset, multi-manager, active quantitative and rules-based strategies. The firm's ETF business, VictoryShares, sits within Victory Solutions as well.

Join us as a Senior Investment Analyst at Victory Solutions. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our Portfolio Management Team focusing on portfolio construction and implementation. This team oversees daily portfolio management and investment operations for Victoryโ€™s rules-based and index solutions, in addition to active equity strategies.ย  As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will assist in multiple aspects of investment research, data collection, portfolio trading and communications across the platform.ย  You will take on a broad range of assignments and grow with a dynamic and expanding organization.ย 

You will report to the Portfolio Manager, Head of Portfolio Implementation.

You Will:
  • Lead management of portfolios ensuring alignment with strategy investment objectives, adhering to compliance regulations.
  • Design and execute trading, tax management tactics, and take the helm for corporate action decisions across all Victory platforms.
  • Uphold portfolio standards by mitigating risks and staying updated on regulatory standards for assigned portfolios.
  • Independently execute global equity trades utilizing OMS/EMS systems.
  • Lead ETF rebalances and reconstitutions, analyzing various factors such as tax implications and market impact.
  • Act as the bridge between Victory Solutions and key stakeholders like brokers and custodians.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Capital Markets on a multitude of ETF activities including product launches and broker relations.
  • Harness quantitative methods and market insights for portfolio optimizations.
  • Decipher portfolio performance, pinpointing risk areas in comparison to benchmarks.
  • Advocate for and implement process improvements where necessary.
  • Foster a constructive team atmosphere, setting the tone through personal leadership.
You Have:
  • Experience executing trades for rules or model-based investing
  • Proficiency with OMS/EMS.
  • Comprehensive understanding of index provider methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of securities including equities, futures, and options.
  • Experience of Microsoft Excel (i.e., can perform complex functions).
  • Self-starter and problem-solver with experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quantitative orientation; comfortable manipulating, scaling, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Demonstrated track record of thought leadership and strong performance results.
And Any of The Following:
  • 3+ years of proven investment-related experience
  • Working proficiency of Charles River, FactSet or Bloomberg.
  • A CFA charter holder or working towards the CFA designation.

Target Compensation:

The target base salary range for this position is $76,500 - $ 90,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicantโ€™s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.

Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
