Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Senior Director, Collective Investment Fund Operations to lead the operational infrastructure, administration, and control environment supporting a suite of Collective Investment Trusts / Collective Investment Funds (CITs/CIFs). This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant daily execution across fund operations, including NAV support, fund accounting oversight, client onboarding, trading and settlement, transfer agency coordination, audit support, and service-provider management.
This leader will play a critical role in scaling the operating model for pooled retirement and institutional investment vehicles, strengthening controls, optimizing workflows, and supporting fiduciary and governance requirements across a growing platform.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end operations for a suite of Collective Investment Trusts / Collective Investment Funds, including daily NAV support, fund accounting oversight, capital activity, trade review, confirmation, and settlement.
  • Oversee operational onboarding of new clients, funds, sub-advisors, and platforms, including CUSIP requests, NSCC trading setup, and trading platform agreements.
  • Manage relationships and service levels with third-party custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, trustees, and sub-advisors.
  • Support annual audits, financial statement preparation and review, and Form 5500-related reporting.
  • Respond to operational inquiries from prospects, clients, and sub-advisors, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex issues.
  • Monitor and validate key fund metrics, including performance returns, expense ratios, and turnover calculations.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory, fiduciary, and governance requirements, including ERISA, DOL, IRS, and internal committee standards.
  • Drive process improvement, workflow optimization, automation, and risk-control enhancements to support growth and operational scale.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor operations staff while fostering a strong culture of accuracy, accountability, and client service.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in asset management, trust administration, investment fund operations, or fund accounting, including significant direct experience with Collective Investment Trusts / Collective Investment Funds.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of fund accounting principles, pooled vehicle operations, NAV support, and CIT/CIF operating models.
  • Experience supporting audits, financial statements, transfer agency operations, onboarding, and trade settlement processes.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA-related operational requirements and familiarity with DOL, IRS, and fiduciary governance frameworks.
  • Proven leadership experience managing operational teams and working across internal stakeholders, trustees, and external service providers.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MFACT strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Access strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Professional designation such as CFA, CAIA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting product launches, new fund structures, or retirement-focused investment vehicles, including alternative strategies.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $135,000 - $145,000.
