A highly respected AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a Healthcare Transactions Associate Attorney to join its growing Florida platform in Miami, Boca Raton, or Palm Beach. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated healthcare transactions and regulatory matters within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment serving healthcare providers, investors, management groups, and healthcare organizations.

The firm is seeking a motivated associate attorney with strong transactional experience who is interested in advising clients across a broad range of healthcare and corporate matters.

The Role

Associates in this position may work on matters involving:
