Job Summary
Excellent opportunity to join a successful, well-established company looking to grow to the next level. The Investment Due Diligence Specialist will be responsible for conducting due diligence on all investment products added to the Integrity Wealth Platform. This position will conduct research, analyze financial data, and prepare recommendations for the Integrity Wealth Investment and Risk committee. Various products will include Alternatives, Private Equity Investments, Third Party Managed Account Programs amongst other investment agreements that need to be added to the platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on all potential products
  • Develop recommendations for products to the Investment and Risk committee
  • Analyze product details, financial statements, and legal documents to assess all potential risks to adding a product to the platform
  • Collaborate with various third-party vendors and internal stake holders to develop necessary documentation for all decisions
  • Develop internal tracking process of all Due Diligence decisions for Integrity Wealth
  • Maintain database and files for various products
  • Conduct on-going due diligence annually for all approved products on the Integrity platform

Primary Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college in related field, 5-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience supporting investment products within a Broker-Dealer, RIA or Insurance Organization
  • 2+ years of experience in due diligence support or analyzing investment products
  • Knowledge of back-office systems and custodians within a Broker-Dealer and RIA
  • Travel up to 15%
  • Microsoft Access experience
  • Series 6, 7 and 65/66 preferred. Candidates without must obtain within 12 months of employment.
