Responsibilities include building financial models and writing IC memos, managing due diligence workstreams, coordinating with legal counsel, lenders, and quality of earnings providers, and communicating directly with sellers and brokers. The expectation is to close five acquisitions in the first 12 months.This is not a traditional analyst program seat — the role operates in a distributed 5-person partnership where Associates generate their own priorities, move deals forward without being prompted, and communicate proactively.
