White Collar & Investigations Associate – AmLaw 100 Firm
Location: New York, NY
Full-Time

Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Junior to Midlevel White Collar & Investigations Associate to join its New York office.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience handling white collar matters, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. The associate will work on sensitive and high-profile matters involving government inquiries, regulatory authorities, and complex disputes involving securities, commodities, and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in white collar defense, investigations, and/or complex commercial litigation
  • Experience conducting internal investigations and responding to government inquiries preferred
  • Federal clerkship experience strongly preferred
  • Large law firm experience preferred
  • Top-tier law school with strong academic credentials required
  • Law review, journal, or moot court experience preferred
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range is $235,000–$365,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Discretionary bonuses may also be available.
