Job description

Kate Ryan Event Rentals is looking for a reliable,  Inventory  Specialist with a great eye for detail  to join our operations team. This unique role blends warehouse logistics with an eye for visual presentation, ensuring our high-end rental inventory is accurate, pristine, and beautifully staged for luxury events.
If you're detail-oriented, love working with your hands,  can own the position and have a keen eye for design, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Anticipate any inventory or quality issues that could impact future orders 
·  Tag, label, clean, and organize inventory by category and event
·  Maintain and Clean a variety of materials (velvet, brass, glass, wood, etc.)
·  Track inventory accuracy and collaborate with warehouse & design teams
·  Make the position your own.  Does not need to be told every detail of the job 
·  Assist in truck loading/unloading and basic repairs when needed. Collaborate with the Fabrication specialist for major repairs and new customizable inventory offerings
·  Identify damaged or missing items and suggest process improvements
Support showroom displays, photoshoots, and visual layouts

What We’re Looking For:

·  2+ years warehouse inventory , or event operations (but must understand warehouse operations)
·  Detail-oriented and highly organized
·  Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warm, non-air-conditioned environment

·  Experience with inventory software
·  Preferred: Experience in luxury rentals or visual merchandising
·  A collaborative, all-hands-on-deck attitude and flexibility with shifting priorities
