Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of automotive parts for domestic and European vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts.
  • Perform regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the purchasing team to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonality.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize inventory storage and organization.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other related metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implement solutions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
