Job description

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT Asset Specialist to support a large-enterprise, working to support the full lifecycle of hardware, software, and mobile devices as well as support business operations through end-user support. 
The IT Assets Specialist will be responsible for tagging and tracking all IT inventory; managing inventory records and supporting procurement, deployment, and end-of-life activities; as well as supporting end-user troubleshooting requests. 
Duties:
  • Manage incoming IT assets and support regular physical inventory audits in addition to tracking software license allocations.
  • Support full lifecycle of assets and manage inventory reports to ensure compliance and prevent overuse/underuse of licenses and inventory.
  • Support end-users with equipment set up, software installations, and troubleshooting requests for all workstation equipment, desktop applications, and mobile devices. 
  • Test A/V equipment across meeting and conference rooms, providing basic troubleshooting and installations as needed. 
  • Coordinate equipment refreshes, inventory reviews and procurement requests, as well as hardware disposal. 
  • Support vendor relationships and coordinate service visits. 
  • Ensure all assets and inventory records are compliant with corporate policies, state and federal regulations, and security frameworks.
