Pay Range: $18.00- $27.00

SUMMARY
Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for the nighttime operation of the store. Oversees clerks and ensures that shelves are stocked and leveled properly. Responsible for ordering and receiving warehouse or DSD product and ensuring adequate levels of product inventory are kept on hand at all times to promote an optimal opportunity for sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Consistently work within to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
Responsible for proper handling and merchandising of all products according to company policy.
Display and express a complete knowledge of all products to the customer.
Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request.
Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times.  
Responsible for overseeing the entire Third Shift store operation.
Responsible for shelf conditions, proper stock levels, properly leveling and blocking product, and ensures that all out-of- stock signs are hung.
Responsible for the scheduling of all Night Crew Associates.
Responsible for Front End and Office operations, including, check approvals, nightly resets etc.
Assist with the ordering of all merchandise and supplies for the Grocery Department and meeting transmission times.  Store excess product in Back Room or designated area.
Ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained. (i.e.: shelf allocation and sale items)  Maintains excess product in Back Room area to corporate guidelines.  
Assist with the hiring, training and development of all new Night Crew Associates in grocery operations.
Responsible for discipline or recommending discipline of all Night Crew Associates according to company policy.
Responsible for all refrigeration and security procedures during third shift, and all weekly and nightly resets.  
Responsible to unload warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries
Responsible for evaluating the performance and progress of Store Associates.
Ensure that all productivity measures of 3rd Shift Grocery Crew are up to the standard and that all tasks are accomplished.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining all corporate and state sanitation and pricing procedures.
Ensure the protection of the company's inventory and assets.
Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Satisfactory performance reviews. Strong communication skills. Basic computer skills. High School Degree or equivalent. 3+ years of related experience.
