Votre travail amliorera directement la prcision des stocks, rduira la reprise et soutiendra des registres dinventaire prts pour laudit avec un impact concret sur lexprience client et lefficacit oprationnelle.

Responsabilits principales :
Effectuer des vrifications physiques rgulires de linventaire dans les emplacements de lentrept
Enquter sur les carts dinventaire et en identifier les causes principales
Rconcilier les carts et prparer les ajustements dinventaire avec la documentation requise, les codes de motifs et les approbations ncessaires
Tenir des registres prcis des recomptages et des carts afin de soutenir la prparation aux audits et lanalyse des tendances
Produire des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les carts, les enjeux rcurrents et les mesures correctives recommandes
Escalader les carts importants, les soupons de pertes (shrink) ou les problmes systmiques en fournissant des preuves et des prochaines tapes proposes

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular physical inventory verification across warehouse locations
Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
Reconcile variances and prepare inventory adjustments with proper documentation, reason codes, and required approvals
Maintain accurate recount and discrepancy logs to support audit readiness and trend analysis
Produce weekly and monthly reporting on variances, repeat issues, and recommended corrective actions
Escalate significant variances, suspected shrink, or systemic issues with evidence and recommended next steps
Skills and Qualifications:
13+ years of inventory control, warehouse operations, reconciliation, auditing, or related experience
Strong knowledge of Magic: The Gathering (set identification, variants/printings, foil vs non-foil, condition expectations)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage high SKU counts
Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and comfort producing clear reports
