Inventory Control Specialist (RMA/Returns) | Sparks, NV


Nexeo Staffing is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist (RMA/Returns) to join a high‑tech data center logistics team in Sparks, NV (USA Parkway area).

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, returns processing, reverse logistics, shipping & receiving, or warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Manage RMA (Return Material Authorization) and returns processing, including receiving, inspecting, documenting, and tracking returned items

• Verify and sort materials using barcodes, part numbers, and RF scanners for proper routing and processing

• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS, SAP, or inventory systems and support cycle counts and reconciliation

• Process inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring accurate documentation and system updates

• Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for shipments

• Maintain packaging supplies and support outbound shipping operations

• Resolve return issues, discrepancies, and RMA tickets within required timelines

• Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment (MHE) to move and stage materials

• Support warehouse operations by assisting with inventory, shipping, and receiving as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience processing RMAs or managing returns (required)

• Experience in warehouse, inventory control, reverse logistics, or shipping & receiving environments

• Familiarity with WMS, SAP, ERP systems, or RF scanners preferred

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, or Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and inventory tracking

• Ability to follow processes and work within structured SOP environments

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

• High school diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation to the USA Parkway worksite

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check


Pay

$25.00 Per Hour


Schedule

Day Shift | Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed.
