Job Overview
This role combines inventory analytics and reporting (75%) with remanufacturing and CKD scheduling responsibilities (25%) to optimize inventory performance, supplier coordination, and operational execution across the supply chain.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage Distributor Returns activities, including request analysis, disposition decisions, tracking, and communication with internal and external customers.
  • Deliver inventory reporting and analysis, including weekly and monthly reports and month-end reporting to KMT and KLTD Parts Reman Promotion Division.
  • Support Retail Inventory Management (RIM) activities to improve inventory performance and visibility.
  • Maintain and update systems related to supplier contact and master data.
  • Track, report, and drive reduction of Aged Work-In-Process (WIP) at depots.
  • Produce daily KPI reporting to support operational decision-making.
  • Load and maintain parts books within required systems.
  • Perform CKD scheduling and support remanufacturing planning activities.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, Operations, Finance, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, planning, scheduling, supply chain analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to validate supplier or facility commitments, interpret planning and performance signals, and translate capacity constraints into actionable planning inputs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex supplier and inventory data into practical insights.
  • Effective communication skills, including experience presenting risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments and help define or improve processes.
  • Proficiency with BI and reporting tools, including contributing to report and dashboard framework design.
  • Experience with inventory systems, planning tools, or ERP environments strongly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing, remanufacturing, or parts operations is a plus.

Additional Information
Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $64,640 - $70,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
