We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operational activities and ensure the organization runs efficiently, safely, and effectively. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, managing teams, and driving continuous improvement to support overall business goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
This position may be required to perform additional tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned:
  • Direct and coordinate daily warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Analyze workflows and implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse operations, forecasting requirements and scheduling expenditures to meet financial objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet business needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of Logistics experience, highly desired.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a good understanding of Inventory management system and shipping logistics systems.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment?
