TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities
  • Calls customers to confirm their move dates and times
  • Shuttles trucks to repair shop or another location as needed
  • Completes move paperwork
  • Supports employee accountability and adherence to system standards and policies
  • Assists with employee scheduling and dispatch of movers and drivers
  • Troubleshoots employee/truck issues
  • Coordinates the fleet maintenance and equipment inventory programs
  • Assists with compliance for all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines
  • Oversees customer concerns and damage resolution processes
  • Responsible for being or designating the “on-call” emergency contact outside of normal business hours as needed
  • Participates in regular training and development programs offered through STICK MEN UNIVERSITY® to further the knowledge of the industry and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system
Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree in logistics, management, or other related field is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willing to drive a 26-foot moving truck as needed
  • Strong decision making ability
  • Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values
  • Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
