Position Overview

We are seeking a highly resourceful Operations Manager who doesn't wait for answers—they find them.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities

while continuously improving the way our business operates. This role is for someone who enjoys

challenges, takes ownership, and can identify solutions before problems become obstacles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments.

• Improve workflows, systems, and processes.

• Coordinate with sales, product development, sourcing, logistics, customer service, and finance.

• Track projects and ensure deadlines are met.

• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.

• Resolve operational issues quickly.

• Develop SOPs.
