Job Description

As an Equipment Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting fleet and equipment management within their assigned region, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely upkeep of vehicles and equipment. This role involves coordinating maintenance, tracking compliance, and assisting with various logistical and administrative functions to support operations.
What would you be doing?

  • Coordinated daily fleet and equipment operations, including vehicle assignments, repairs, logistics, and access.
  • Supported NSC compliance by managing driver logs, inspections, and resolving noncompliance issues.
  • Oversaw certifications, inspections, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and facilities.
  • Managed tool crib operations, including inventory tracking, secure storage, deployment to projects, and returns.
  • Collaborated with operations teams to ensure tools and equipment were maintained, replenished, and ready for field use.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet/equipment coordination, logistics, or a related role, with strong knowledge of maintenance and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in fleet and equipment management, with familiarity in NSC compliance and safety regulations considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Excel and/or inventory management systems, with strong organizational skills to manage tasks across multiple districts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Diploma or certification in logistics, inventory, or fleet management (or equivalent experience), along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
