Join Clothes Mentor as an Assistant Manager in women's fashion resale, where you will play a pivotal role in our vibrant, busy and fun retail environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team while delivering exceptional customer experiences in the growing world of women's fashion and style.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily store operations and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and inventory targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Conduct staff training on product knowledge, inventory acquistition (buying) and sales techniques.
