As anย Inventory Associate, you will play a vital role inย maintainingย inventory accuracy and supporting the efficient flow of products throughout the warehouse.ย You will help us achieve properย inventory controlย through cycle counts, audits, proper processing ofย returned merchandise,ย and byย maintainingย accurateย inventory records.ย In this role, you will be empowered to improve processes, solve problems, and take ownership of your performance and contribution to the team.ย

- Maintainย accurateย inventory records through cycle counts, audits, inventory adjustments, and system transactions.ย ย
- Receive, inspect, evaluate, and process returned merchandiseย in accordance withย company policies and quality standards.ย ย
- Collaborate withย Warehouse, Outlet, Showroom,ย and Customer Experience teams toย maintainย inventory accuracy andย identifyย trendsย impactingย inventory performance.ย ย
- Support inventory control initiatives and recommend process improvements that reduce errors, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.ย ย
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment in line with 5S.ย ย
- Track personal performance metrics and take ownership of meeting or exceeding daily productivity, quality, andย accuracyย KPIs.ย ย
- Communicate clearly with leadership and peers to support a culture of transparency, accountability, and trust.ย
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.ย ย
- 1+ย yearย of experience in warehouse, inventory control, fulfillment,ย logistics, or return operations (preferred but notย required).ย ย
- Strong attention to detail with the ability toย identifyย discrepancies and solve problems effectively.ย ย
- Comfortable using inventory management systems, handheld scanners, and warehouse technology.ย ย
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, goal-driven team environment.ย ย
- Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.ย ย
- Able toย lift upย to 75 pounds, grasp, bend, stand, and walk throughout a non-climate-controlled warehouse for extended periods of time.ย ย
- Able to safelyย operateย PIT equipment as needed for the task at hand (forklift).ย ย
