Job Responsibilities 

  • HVAC Parts Ordering â€” Source, order, and track HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery for service and installation teams. 
  • Warehouse Operations â€“ Maintain efficient warehouse operations, optimizing space utilization and ensuring timely receipt and distribution of materials.  
  • Order Fulfillment â€“ Coordinate and oversee order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.  
  • Safety & Compliance â€“ Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.  
  • Equipment Maintenance â€“ Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.  
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination â€“ Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of inventory.
