SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Inventory Management Analyst - Government Property.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Job Summary: SEACORP is seekingan Inventory Management Analyst to assist in the administration of theGovernment Property Management program. This person will be a member of theContracts Department and will execute a variety of inventory management andphysical audit functions in a company-wide role.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of SEACORP's Property Management System.
  • Learn how to operate the newest eQuip Upgraded Government Framework software and become a software program administrator.
  • Learn, or develop your knowledge of, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) rules regarding Government Property for defense contractors.
  • Work in tandem with Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting, and Technical teams to ensure accurate inventory records are kept and proper custodianship of assets is maintained.
  • Serve as a resource for Logisticians to ensure company-wide inventory procedures are consistently applied across technical program areas.
  • Provide Purchasing and Receiving assistance as needed.
  • Conduct physical inventories.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, OR Associate's Degreewith 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred. Candidates withcomparable level of work/military experience are encouraged to apply.
Ideal Skills:
  • Must have excellent time management and communication skills to work as part of a team in a program management environment.
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills.
  • Must be flexible to tasking changes.
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with PIEE.
  • Must have U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance.

Experience: 0+ years of experience witha Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with Associate's degree.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
Location: Middletown, RI
Travel: Infrequently (<3 annually)
Clearance: Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
