The Warehouse/Materials Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and materials distribution. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate recordkeeping, and timely supply of materials to internal departments or external clients. This project is in Beaumont/Port Arthur, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments and materials.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
  • Coordinate and track movement of materials between departments, production, or job sites.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to ensure material availability and support project timelines.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently if needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
