Job description

Hourly pay rate: $16.25 - $22.75

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer advocate for order fulfillment & delivery 

2. Perform receivable functions of unloading, recording, encoding & organizing for efficient retrieval while protecting against product damage

3. Containerize and load products for distribution and record shipments

4. Communication and processing of change, credits, and returns as well as resolving discrepancies

5. Communicate (written& verbal) with internal and external customers

6. Work with warehouse team, purchasing specialists and other departments

7. Inventory cycle counting, tracking and documentation

8. Coordinate inventory of product through timely accurate processing of low stock requisitioning

9. Other tasks and duties as assigned by the manager

10.Work in various software programs to process customer orders. This includes M-Tech, EAM, Amino and Oracle

Minimum Qualifications

 * High school diploma 

 * Typing background & ability to correctly use ten key

 * Good math skills

 * Good organizational and housekeeping skills

 * Valid driver's license with good driving record

 * Understand & follow SOP's, safety policies 

 *Able to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs

 * PHYSICAL: Able to lift 35 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally 

 * Work in all weather conditions/occasional dusty conditions/navigate stairs, hurdles, & uneven surfaces

 *Cannot own or raise any type of fowl (i.e. turkeys, chickens, geese, pheasants, parakeets, pigs etc.)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of product use and understanding of functions performed

  • 2 yrs. customer service experience

  • Experience operating hand jack/forklift
