Job Description:
The Engineering Technician performs standardized or prescribed assignments involving a sequence of related operations, follows standard work methods on recurring assignments but receives explicit instructions on unfamiliar
assignments. Technical adequacy of routine work is reviewed on completion; non-routine work may be reviewed in progress.
Responsibilities:
Provides support to NSWC Corona's Performance Assessment Department assigned to the Secret Control/Document Control/Property Office specifically Secret Control. Tasking to include all security aspects of classified data management including transportation, handling, control, storage, destruction, marking, inventory and organization. Workload also includes activities that enable these tasks, to include, but not limited to, meeting support, property support, and IT security requirement support. Personnel provide additional face to face and electronic communication support that will involve coordination with workforce both inside and outside assigned departments.
Required Skills:
High School diploma or G.E.D. required
1 year of basic computer experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
