Job description

Join a team that is the global leader and One-Stop-Shop provider of machine tool peripherals. Currently LNS is looking for an Inventory Control Clerk. 


This team member will lead inventory accuracy initiatives, assist in warehouse operations including the shipping and receiving areas. This team member will support the facility?s production planner by ensuring inventory accuracy. This person will support the warehouse supervisor by ensuring the appropriate storage of materials, as well as, ensuring the correct materials are available to meet operational requirements. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
?    Maintain inventory and storage areas in the warehouse and throughout the facility.
?    Execute inventory transactions and monitor accuracy in the material handling process.
?    Utilizes a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other system to track and analyze processes and performance.
?    Cycle Count Program -Performs updates to inventory counts and maintain inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business.
?    Follows standard procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency.
?    Utilizes Inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting.
?    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement and support initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities using best inventory management practices.
?    Follow strong safety policies and procedures.
?    Operate Forklift as needed.
?    Prompt Communication
?    Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications
?    2 to 3 years of inventory control within a manufacturing/warehousing environment necessary.
