Winery Order & Fulfillment Coordinator Wholesale Sales Department  |  Part-Time   Join Our Team! Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in order processing, logistics, inventory management, shipping, or customer service? We're looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support the daily operations of our wholesale sales department.  In this role, you'll coordinate order fulfillment, shipping logistics, inventory transfers, invoicing, and customer communication to ensure our winery and brewery products are delivered accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with warehouses, carriers, and customers.  What You'll Do * Process daily wholesale orders for winery and brewery products. * Prepare invoices using Sage Accounting (or similar accounting software). * Serve as the primary contact for customer order inquiries and status updates. * Pick, pack, and prepare licensee and export orders for shipment. * Coordinate shipping, freight, and delivery logistics for local, provincial, national, and international orders. * Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with transportation requirements. * Coordinate with warehouses and freight carriers to ensure timely deliveries. * Monitor inventory levels and manage product transfers between warehouse locations. * Schedule and coordinate daily activities for the in-house delivery driver. * Manage licensee accounts receivable and customer payments. * Process deposits, invoice payments, and financial transactions. * Perform data entry for promotions, receivables, inventory reconciliation, and reporting. * Support the Wholesale Sales team with administrative and operational tasks. Qualifications * Post-secondary education preferred. * Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, distribution, inventory control, customer service, wholesale operations, or the beverage/alcohol industry. * Experience with Sage Accounting or similar accounting/invoicing software. * Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. * Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. * Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. * Available to work approximately 20–30 hours per week.
