Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inventory Control Team Lead to oversee inventory operations within our warehouse and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, investigating discrepancies, performing daily cycle counts, and leading the Inventory Coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the warehouse
  • Perform daily physical counts, bin checks, and inventory audits
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with system adjustments
  • Supervise and support Inventory Coordinators
  • Ensure warehouse inventory areas remain organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
  • Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records within WMS systems
  • Inspect inventory for damages or defects and report findings as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse inventory and team leadership experience preferred
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the warehouse
  • Perform daily physical counts, bin checks, and inventory audits
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with system adjustments
  • Supervise and support Inventory Coordinators
  • Ensure warehouse inventory areas remain organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
  • Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records within WMS systems
  • Inspect inventory for damages or defects and report findings as needed
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with RF scanning systems and WMS
  • Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices
  • Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
