Summary
 
This position focuses on service delivery excellence in inventory management, product receiving, disbursement, and stocking. The role requires applying systems and applications such as ULS IM and Microsoft Office to ensure inventory functions are performed according to customer requirements. Located in the Sherman, Texas area, the job emphasizes team collaboration, customer interaction, and continuous process improvement.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Perform on-site program replenishments and disbursements.
  • Manage stockroom duties, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
  • Operate handheld devices for requisition and inventory management.
  • Follow Best Practices, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Communicate openly with Site Supervisor and Team Lead to meet customer requirements.
  • Address customer concerns with a goal of first-call resolution.
  • Maintain a professional image while representing the company.
  • Stay updated on new policies and improvements to promote personal growth.
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service, warehouse, or inventory management experience preferred.
  • Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and making process improvement recommendations.
  • Ability to follow the company's Attendance Policy and Protocols.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to duties.
  • Ability to push and lift up to 50lbs.
