We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to support inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and 3PL management. This role will partner closely with internal teams and external warehouse partners to maintain reliable inventory records, support production activity, and help ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile inventory activity across 3PL and warehouse locations.
  • Monitor inventory transactions, adjustments, transfers, and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy.
  • Support production-related inventory processes, including work orders, assembly builds, and bills of materials.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with warehouse teams to identify and resolve root causes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting within NetSuite.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance, and warehouse partners to improve inventory processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with inventory control in a 3PL, warehouse, or distribution environment.
  • Hands-on NetSuite experience, including inventory and production transaction management.
