Job Title: Cycle Counter

Job Description

This inventory-focused role supports a warehouse transition to a new SAP system by performing accurate cycle counts and data entry for all items in stock. The cycle counter verifies current inventory levels and records them in the new SAP software, ensuring data integrity and supporting smooth warehouse operations. The position requires strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and comfort working in a warehouse environment, with the ability to begin contributing with minimal training.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precise cycle counts for inventory items throughout the warehouse to verify actual stock levels.
  • Accurately enter inventory data into the SAP system to support the transition to the new software platform.
  • Confirm and reconcile inventory quantities to ensure that warehouse records match physical stock.
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation of counts and adjustments as required.
  • Handle materials and products safely while counting, moving, or organizing inventory.
  • Support inventory control processes by identifying discrepancies and reporting issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Use basic math skills to validate quantities, calculate differences, and confirm totals.
  • Operate computer systems and data entry tools to input, update, and review inventory information.
