We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure our inventory is accurate, materials are readily available, and production runs smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and collaborating with multiple departments, we'd love to hear from you.
As our Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient operations by:
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels meet production demands.
  • Performing routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits, investigating and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Coordinating with Purchasing and Production to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  • Tracking inventory movement and maintaining proper storage and organization of materials.
  • Monitoring material expiration dates and ensuring inventory is rotated appropriately.
  • Identifying inventory trends, variances, and issues, while recommending corrective actions.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures for inventory handling and storage.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of inventory control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
