  What You’ll Do

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate the flow of parts and inventory while supporting team productivity and service department needs.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervising employees responsible for receiving, storing, and processing returnable items (cores)
  • Leading team members engaged in pulling, packing, and preparing outgoing shipments
  • Supervising parts delivery staff and supporting timely deliveries
  • Performing cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and reporting results to the Inventory Clerk/Supervisor
  • Working closely with Back Parts Counter staff to support fast deliveries to the Service Department
  • Assisting with preparation for annual physical inventories and collaborating with Inventory Control
  • Overseeing outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper condition of shipments
  • Communicating shortages or discrepancies to the Parts Manager and assisting with investigation and resolution
  • Providing supervision, training, scheduling, and day-to-day guidance to warehouse employees

Your leadership helps maintain efficiency, accuracy, and strong internal customer service.


  What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a warehouse environment required; 3–5 years preferred across functions such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory control
  • Ability to analyze stock activity and identify root causes of discrepancies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (internal and external)
  • Technical or product knowledge relevant to parts operations preferred
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
