Job Summary

Our Assembly & Warehouse Associates play a hands-on role in building and supporting these solutions, assembling custom products, handling materials, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you'll assemble and inspect products following drawings and work instructions, manage inventory, assist with shipping and receiving, and operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely. You may also perform light electrical assembly (training provided) and help with deliveries using a 26-foot box truck. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, ISO-9000-compliant environment. This position offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to grow technical skills within a trusted, customer-focused organization.


What You'll Do

  • Assemble and build custom engineered products following drawings and work instructions
  • Read or learn to read engineered prints and basic assembly diagrams
  • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
  • Handle shipping and receiving
  • Inventory control for assembly components
  • Load, unload, and make deliveries using a 26-foot box truck as needed
  • Perform product inspections to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Light electrical assembly or wiring (training provided)
  • Keep the assembly and warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with ISO-9000 procedures
  • Pitch in with other warehouses or production tasks as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
  • Able to read or learn to read mechanical and electrical prints
  • Safe forklift operation experience (certification a plus)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL not required)
  • Basic electrical knowledge preferred but not required
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team
  • Comfortable working in an ISO-9000 quality environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior assembly or warehouse experience helpful
