- Position: 2nd Shift Group Lead - Inventory Control Clerk
- Shift: 7:00pm - 5:30am (Mon - Thurs)
- Pay: $20.75 per hour + $1.00 Shift differentail
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are also eligible for productivity bonuses after probationary period.
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills:
- Forklift (sit-down and standup) experience, ability to communicvate and work well with others
- A minimum of 6 month's experience in inventory control and warehousing is required.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped
Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitor's associates' progress
Key Accountabilities:
  • Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk.
  • Conduct training for new associates.
  • Assist in physical inventories.
  • Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
  • Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
  • Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product.

Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
