Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate!

Adecco is hiring motivated Warehouse Associates for a growing warehouse operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse, receiving, inventory, or forklift experience who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

This role will primarily support receiving operations and includes unloading shipments, stocking inventory, organizing warehouse shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments

  • Verify materials against packing slips and shipping documentation

  • Organize and stock products on warehouse shelves and storage racks

  • Perform inventory control and cycle counts

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

  • Move materials using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

  • Enter inventory and receiving information into computer systems

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping, or logistics experience preferred

  • Previous forklift experience preferred; training may be provided

  • Experience using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is a plus

  • Basic computer skills required

  • Ability to accurately read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory records

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Safety-focused mindset

  • Valid driver's license required

Physical Requirements
  • Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.

  • Occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance following safety procedures

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing, and lifting throughout the shift

  • Ability to work on warehouse ladders equipped with safety railings and locking mechanisms

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not temperature controlled and may become hot during summer months
