The Inventory Supervisor supervises conformity of deliveries, prepare deliveries according to incoming orders, realize expedition, qualify & follow return flow (default, transport return, wrong choice...), realize inventories, inform internal customers about the stocks.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain inventory records, prepare reports, and ensure effective warehouse performance and inventory control.
  • Monitor and maintain safety stocks for critical and non-critical items.
  • Manage slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete items by coordinating with operations and recommending strategies to reduce them.
  • Identify safety stocks for replenishment and prepare inventory reports.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing department to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Establish and update warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance by rolling out the latest warehouse procedures to all departments.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, inventory management or business related field. In lieu of degree requirement, may accept an equivalent amount of additional related work experience.
  • One year of prior inventory management/supply chain experience required.
  • Effective communication with top management, facility managers and field operators.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in auditing industrial management systems.
  • Experience in auditing ISO 9001 and other quality related management systems
  • Experience in auditing HSE related International Standards ( ISO 14001, ISO45001 etc )
  • Proficient in Google suite applications and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize financial applications within ERP software (i.e. SAP, Oracle).
  • Prior experience in the bulk/gas industry preferred.
