ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a detail-oriented, reliable Warehouse Associate to help keep our floor operations running smoothly and our inventory accurate. This is a hands-on individual contributor role in a fast-paced, high-SKU apparel environment, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
You'll handle day-to-day warehouse transactions, take part in our cycle count program, help maintain accurate bin-level locations, and flag issues before they become problems. No management experience needed — we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, picks things up quickly, and shows up ready to contribute.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Daily Warehouse Operations
- Receive, put away, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
- Use RF scanners to process WMS transactions — receiving, transfers, adjustments
- Follow bin/location assignments and keep floor slotting accurate
- Stage and organize outbound shipments per standard procedure
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Inventory Support & Accuracy
- Take part in daily and scheduled cycle counts led by the Head of Operations
- Perform bin-level scans to verify on-hand quantities and location accuracy
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or location errors to the Head of Operations
- Follow inventory handling standards for inbound and outbound activity
- Support periodic full physical inventory counts as needed
Systems & Process Execution
- Execute WMS transactions accurately across all warehouse activities
- Follow established SOPs for receiving, picking, packing, and returns
- Flag exceptions, system errors, or process issues to the Floor Manager promptly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment setting
- Comfortable in a high-SKU, fast-paced environment — apparel experience a plus
- Familiarity with WMS systems and RF scanning is a plus, not required — we'll train you
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — takes pride in getting it right
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions and SOPs
- Team player with solid communication skills
KEY STRENGTHS
- Execution-focused, with a high standard for accuracy
- Consistent and dependable — shows up and follows through
- Organized, able to juggle multiple tasks across a shift
- Comfortable in a physical, on-your-feet role
- Eager to learn inventory control practices and grow in the role
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lift up to 30Â lbs
- Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment (temperature, noise, equipment)
