Job description

A local wire and cable distributor is adding a Temporary Warehouse Associate to their team in Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented warehouse environment.

Temporary Warehouse Associate Duties
  • Load and unload materials and products.
  • Pull and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
  • Cut wire and cable to specified lengths.
  • Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory control and organization.
  • Package products securely for shipment.
  • Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift as needed; forklift experience is preferred but not required

Qualifications
  • 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred
  • 6+ months of forklift experience preferred
  • Comfortable using a measuring tape
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools
  • Able to lift, bend, twist, and handle materials up to 75 lbs.
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Kent, WA
