Warehouse associate handles day-to-day operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. They ensure orders are accurate and packed securely, operate machinery (forklifts, scanners), maintain a clean, safe environment, and manage inventory records. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and team collaboration. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving & Unloading: Unloading incoming deliveries, verifying shipment accuracy, and inspecting for damages.
  • Inventory Control: Scanning, labelling, sorting, and shelving inventory to maintain accurate records in warehouse management software.
  • Order Picking & Packing: Locating products for customer orders, picking items, and packing them securely for shipment.
  • Shipping & Loading: Loading finished products onto trucks and coordinating with carriers for dispatch.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and adhering to safety regulations (OSHA).
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or automated conveyors. 

Required Skills and Qualifications
