The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with Lidl to find qualified candidates for a Store Associate in Staten Island, NY. The Store Associate supports all areas of daily store operations, helping deliver an efficient and positive shopping experience for customers. This role includes assisting with checkout, stocking merchandise, maintaining product quality, and keeping the store clean and organized. Store Associates work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities throughout each shift to ensure smooth store operations.

This position is located in Staten Island, NY.


  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
  • Stock shelves and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
  • Perform freshness checks in produce and refrigerated areas.
  • Set up promotional displays and ensure accurate signage and pricing.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the sales floor, warehouse, restrooms, and parking lot.
