Job Title: Production Associate
Job Location:ย Franksville WI, 53126
Job Duration: 3ย months
Shift Timings: Shift schedule - Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PMย and Friday 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Job Type: Onsite
ย 
Job Description:
  • Job Overview:ย This person will work at the manufacturing site assisting with the production of the company's product.
Energy Based Device (EBD) Manufacturing: Perform all functions related to EBD manufacturing, including but not limited to:
  • Work order kit review (during and postproduction)
  • Cutting nose cap film
  • Dispensing glue and curing nose cap film
  • Trimming nose cap
  • Cutting bellows

Equipment Set-Up and Operation:
  • Operate equipment related to EBD manufacturing and processing.

GMP/GDP:
  • Perform all required Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) per all Standard Operational Procedures and Manufacturing Instructions.

Inventory Control:
  • Responsible for labeling, storage, and movement of materials in-process.ย 
  • Responsible for consumable replenishment for in-process locations.ย ย 
  • Perform inventory control of warehouse, as needed.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work 1st and 2nd shift
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to understand written and oral communication.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment with medical product manufacturing and/or with computers a plus.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Climb on step stools and step ladders, pushing and pulling wheeled carts, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
