Position Location: Linden Street School

Position Type: District Wide Cafeteria Associate

Scheduled Hours:ย  8:30 AM 2:00 PM

Rate of pay: $17.19/hour

Description: Responsibilities of position are the following;

Preparation of daily hot or cold meals, utilizing USDA or similar recipes.ย 

Assists with cold prep, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Assist Linden Manager with overall operation of Kitchen. This may include assisting with daily staffing, ordering product(s) and inventory control.ย 

Insuring Production Order Record(s) are completed daily.ย 

Duties and hours may change based upon school schedule and population. Management reserves the right to alter duties due to service requirements.ย 

All food safety, work safety and sanitation protocols must be followed.

HACCP information such as temperatures of food and refrigeration records.

Register reports, cash deposit/cash related reports.

Must attend continuing education credits as required by USDA-FNS.

Always provide proper notification and advanced notices for tardiness or absence and independently takes corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.ย 

Candidate must be able to work independently.ย 

All candidates will be considered based upon length of service and work record.ย 

Candidates will be notified verbally or in writing.ย 

This position is a school year position with an average of 25 hours per week.
