Important: This position requires shift flexibility. The selected candidate may be assigned to a day, mid, or night shift based on business needs and must be willing to occasionally support other shifts as operational demands require.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations within your assigned functional area
  • Build, coach, and develop a highly engaged team focused on performance, accountability, and safety
  • Ensure the accurate and timely movement of products and completion of related documentation
  • Drive operational efficiency by maximizing warehouse space utilization and maintaining an organized work environment
  • Train and mentor associates on established procedures, best practices, and performance expectations
  • Partner with distribution center leadership to coordinate activities across shifts and departments
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, drivers, and support teams regarding shipment status, priorities, and operational updates
  • Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies, shipping and receiving issues, and related documentation concerns
  • Promote and champion a strong safety culture while proactively addressing potential risks
  • Analyze operational metrics and utilize data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and support associate development and succession planning
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding efforts to build and strengthen your team

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar operations environment
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Labor Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple shifts when needed
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Supply chain or distribution experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range:
$4,537.80 - $9,982.50
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
