Repack Associate

NOTS Logistics – Lebanon, TN

Starting Pay: $20.00 per Hour

Weekly Pay
Full-Time | 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM
Overtime and weekends as needed.

NOTS Logistics is seeking detail-oriented Repack Associates to join our warehouse operation in Lebanon, TN. This position is responsible for repacking materials, verifying product accuracy, utilizing warehouse systems, and supporting shipping and receiving activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and inventory control.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to producing accurate work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Repack products from cartons into totes according to work instructions and customer requirements.
  • Weigh totes and properly place Kanban labels and materials.
  • Utilize RF scanners to locate, verify, and process inventory.
  • Log into warehouse management systems and accurately input and verify transactions.
  • Verify products, packaging, labels, and work orders for accuracy.
  • Scan pallets and complete required documentation and log sheets.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with 5S practices.
  • Assist with training and supporting team members.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and work for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
