Job Description Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate Location: Findlay , OH (Onsite) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $22/hr W2 Duration: Contract Overtime: As needed *** Must have Valid Driver License *** Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Store Attendant to support material services operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving and issuing materials, operating material handling equipment, and assisting with the day-to-day operation of the storeroom and laydown yard. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management, warehousing, material handling, and Microsoft Office applications. This role requires the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

Please Note: Contract employees may be asked to temporarily or permanently relocate within a designated service territory. Key Responsibilities Perform inventory control activities, including receiving, issuing, storing, and tracking materials. Issue materials under proper authorization and maintain all required documentation.

Receive incoming shipments and verify quantity, condition, and accuracy. Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report irregularities. Process returned materials by identifying, sorting, recording, and returning usable items to inventory or disposing of unusable materials appropriately.

Prepare, package, and ship materials while completing required shipping documentation. Assist with shipping and receiving hazardous materials while following all applicable safety and environmental procedures. Operate inventory management systems, computer terminals, scanners, printers, and other office equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Assist with inventory adjustments and storage optimization. Rearrange storage locations, bins, and racks as needed.

Support material accountability and warehouse organization. Assist coworkers and perform additional duties as assigned. Follow all established safety policies, operating procedures, and work practices.

Equipment Operation Operate material handling equipment, including: Forklifts Hand trucks Low-lift trucks Hoists Overhead cranes Order pickers Other material handling equipment as required Preferred experience operating: Wheel Loader / All-Terrain Forklift (up to 16,000 lbs.) Telehandler (7,000- and 12,000-lb. capacities) Heavy equipment or construction equipment experience is preferred. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of one year of experience in: Inventory control Inventory management Material handling Warehousing Or a related field Experience using inventory management software (such as Maximo) preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.

Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory processes. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and organizational skills. Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds. Successful completion of the required Physical Ability Test (PAT).

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work for extended periods. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Comfortable working in heat, cold, rain, and other environmental conditions.

Materials handled may be heavy, oversized, awkwardly shaped, or lengthy. Safety Requirements Safety is the highest priority for this position. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safe work practices and the ability to follow established safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materials.

Dress Code & PPE Steel-toe boots are required. Long pants (jeans are acceptable). T-shirts are permitted (no inappropriate words or graphics).

Required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided. Employees who wear prescription glasses must provide side shields. Additional Information Some local travel may be required.
