Staff Management Group is seeking a Production & Inventory Associate for our client in Oakland, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.


Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: 9AM - 5PM
  • Monday - Friday


Pay Rate:

  • $20 / hour


Job Summary:

We are hiring a dependable Production & Inventory Associate to support both production and warehouse operations. This position is a hands-on role that includes operating a UV printing machine to personalize promotional products such as poker chips, golf balls, and other custom items. The associate will also assist with receiving inventory, organizing shipments, and occasionally transporting materials between nearby facilities. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate UV printing equipment to produce high-quality customized products
  • Set up items and prepare materials for printing (poker chips, golf balls, and other promotional merchandise)
  • Inspect finished products to ensure print accuracy and quality standards
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify shipment contents
  • Organize, store, and maintain inventory in designated areas
  • Keep the production and warehouse workspace clean, safe, and organized
  • Drive a company U-Haul as needed to transfer inventory between local locations (approximately a 20-minute trip)
  • Support additional warehouse and production tasks as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong work ethic and ability to keep up in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record (U-Haul driving experience is a plus)
  • Willingness to learn and follow UV printing procedures and production guidelines
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
